morning of jam making etc.

have been very industrious today, after a day or nothing yesterday, made some more soya milk, strawberry jam and raspberry jam. have also got hob nobs cooking at the moment and ginger nuts all ready to go in, will post a pic up later of these.

some more soya milk makes 3 litres which will last about 2 days.
five more jars of strawberry jam, a bit darker than last time but i think thats because the strawbs were almost a purple red colour, taste very sweet yummy.......

and 4 more jars of raspberry jam.

lets hope the jams taste and set as well as the last batch did :lol:
